Log Confluence HTTP status code

I am settting up AWStat to monitor a new Confluence Access file I am creating with Log4J. My new log returns: <user> <url> <memory stats> <query time> <remote address>

My only issue is how I do get the HTTP status code to show in the log? 

I am new to Log4J.
