I'm the sole admin and owner of a Cloud site. I'm completely locked out and password reset emails are not arriving, despite my email address being fully functional
and receiving other mail normally.
When I authenticate via API token, my account displays as denglish%webcentricds.com@gtempaccount.com rather than my actual email, which suggests a broken identity
migration.

- API token authentication was working earlier today but access was suddenly revoked

This is a production instance for my company. I need urgent help restoring access. Please escalate if possible.
