Live display of PPT slide

Hi ..I am new to Confluence .. and want to create a page which has "live" display of eg . a powerpoint slide .. or part of an excel spreadsheet .. such that updates to either are automatically shown on the confluence page . ..

is there a simple way that a novice can achieve that .. or am I asking for something that is not possible ?

You can save attachements like a PPT or an Excel sheet to a Confluence page, but they won't be updated if you change them elsewhere (like on your Sharepoint).

Can you describe your use case a bit more? For example, why would adding the content from the powerpoint or Excel directly to the Confluence page not work for you? Are the people preparing the ppt/Excel uncomfortable using Confluence, or do they not have access?
