Live Search - different searchresults for different users

Hi!

We are experiencing problems with the macro Live search. 
All users have the same roles but get different search results when using the Live search. 

What could be the problem?

The users can have the same role in Confluence, but are the able to access the same spaces, or even restrictions can be set on pages in Confluence, both could certainly impact the search results.

The space itself is restricted but all the users have the same access to the space, same roles and the pages have no restrictions. They can find the pages by "clicking" their way to them, but doesn't get the same search results. 

For example, the marked users have the same Roles and the page that both users are searching for have no restrictions.

Is this page a child page of another page,  there could be restrictions on that page and so further depending on the depth of parent child relations.

The page is a childpage but the parent page has no restrictions either.
The "home page" has restrictions since it's a closed space, but all users have the same rights : Can view and edit.
