List of created pages form template by button

Hello,

I have a questionnaire with confiforms elements as template with a comala workflow (by label).
An admin creates the new page for the questionnaire by "create from template makro" and assign it to a service owner to fill in the form.
Is it possible to get a list or overview of all this created pages with page title, assignee, create date and workflow state?
Every service owner should see only his own pages, only the admin should see the list.

Hi @enib 

If you are using Comala Document Management 6.13.0+ then I recommend you look at the Document States report macro.

Based on the requirements you have outlined above, I suggest that you need two separate pages, one for your service owners, and one restricted to your administrator. Try the following settings:

Service Owner page

• Approval assigned to: @self
• Label: <your label>
• Columns: title,approvals,state

Administrator page

• Label: <your label>
• Columns: title,approvals,state

We don't currently provide the option to show page created date, perhaps in this case 'updated' date or 'changed' date will be sufficient.
