Links within PDF

Hello everyone,

Our staff has reported that recently, the links within a PDF no longer work when uploading it to Confluence. However, if you download and open the PDF, the links seem to work. The PDFs contain links for the table of contents, which are required for this work. Have there been any changes?

Hi @Betül Erdem 

I just tested with a PDF preview with links in it. With the PDF marco, the links are still accessible. The issue is not reproducible to me.

What are the exact steps you/users follow?

Have you tried with a fresh newly created pdf with sample links? To check whether the feature is not working in confluence or something to do with the PDFs themselves.

Unfortunately, the problem also occurs with newly uploaded PDFs. Creating new PDFs didn't help either.
