Links on certain confluence page don't appear in block "mentioned on" in jira tasks

Hello,

I have a problem: links to confluences pages, created by a particular user, don't show up in block "mentioned on" in Jira tasks. If I recreate a page and put links by myself, links appear. What's happened during creating pages by the particular user?

Maybe my problem connected with — JRACLOUD-73258, but it hasn't solved yet.
