Hello,
I have the following issue in a page named "De 24V-touchswitch installeren" and I have put an anchor 'kabeltype'. All ok.
On another page 'Wifinetwerk instellen' in the same space I create a link to 'De 24V-touchswitch installeren#kabeltype'.
The link is underlined and when I click it it creates a new page.
I work in a draft version. But I don't think this has anything to do with it.
Some help would be appreciated.

Hey @Yves Barbion
your hyperlink are not formatted correctly. Because if you click them and the editor will open these are so-called undefined links (used to link to a page that is not existing yet but is to be created, similar to some links in Wikipedia). They also should be red instead of blue. (Look at the "Link to an undefined page (a page that does not exist yet)" section in the documentation Insert links and anchors). Try to use the correct URL for the page you want to link to (grab it from the address bar) and then add the anchor.
Best, Max
Hi Max,
Thanks already!
If I take the full URL from my web browser and add #anchorname.
The link works but jumps to the top of the page and not the section where the anchor is set.
Any ideas?

I guess you are using Confluence Cloud?
It could be that some macros on the target page prohibit to jump to the right anchor. I came across this in the past. Are you using any macros on the target page?
And just a little tip, I like to create two new pages for testing the links and anchors (for example in my personal space). Just to make sure that everything is correct.
Best, Max
