Hi. I hope someone can help.
I have a document that is regularly edited my myself and one other.
There are two places in the document that are regularly edited. I have placed a heading at the top of the section lower down the page so that I can link to it.
The whole reason why I'd like to link to it though, is that when we press "e" to edit the document, it takes you all the way back up to the top and we have to scroll down to get to the heading. When we press "e", and are therefore in edit mode, clicking the link just tries to edit the link. What I'd like to be able to do is to use that link in edit mode, rather than edit the link.
Is this possible?
Not in Edit Mode - anchors are for View Mode.
I'd suggest just using Find & Replace:

Thank you. That's a great suggestion.
I'll just put a zz before the section we need to edit.
Thanks again, Stephen.

No worries :) - if you're using "zz", I'd also consider making the text the same colour as your background (eg. by default, white) - so it doesn't show up on the page when published!
If this answer did resolve your question, would it be possible to select "Accept Answer"? This helps other users who find this question quickly know this answer is one to check!

Thanks again Stephen. Another great idea.
Funnily enough, the document is a menu, and it turned out that "zz" wasn't the best option as it contains the words "mozzarella" and "drizzle".
So I've changed it to "xx" and made it white.
Thank you.
