I'm looking for a way to link an internal how-to article to a specific organization in Jira Service Desk - is this possible? For example, we are writing system configuration reference guides for each client that summarize how our software was configured for that client's specific needs. The goal is that our support team can use these reference guides when responding to client tickets - and i would like to be able to tie the reference document to the organization. That way, if someone from Organization A submits a ticket to support, the configuration documentation is automatically linked to the ticket so the team has it for reference. Is this possible?
Hello there Jamie!
Currently, something similar can be achieved by creating different projects for each organization and then creating one space for each organization and linking them to the respective projects.
We do have an open Feature Request for Jira Service Desk here:
JSDCLOUD-170 | As an administrator I want to be able to link to multiple Confluence Spaces
A good course of action would be to also vote and watch this feature. Voting increases the report visibility and watching will keep you up to date.
Looking forward to your reply Jamie!
