Line Spacing for Bulleted List Changing after Save

I converted my old confluence pages to Cloud and am having line spacing issues when creating a new bulleted list. When I am in edit mode everything looks good, but once I save the changes the spacing in between the sentence and first bullet disappears. Is there a way to fix this?

I see that post migration to cloud you are facing issues with the spacing of bullets points.

we have a feature request raised here to address this issue CONFCLOUD-58062.

I suggest you to vote for the feature request and add yourself to the watcher's list so that you receive all the updates directly.

I'm on cloud without legacy content and the same thing has just happened to me when I tried to replicate your experience. But I have content that is displayed as expected too!.

I'm attaching the visualization and the code samples (maybe I'm just tired on Friday morning but I could not spot the difference).

However... in the following example, the spacing is even - it's an older page but certainly not a conversion.
