I am auditing our licenses across all Atlassian tools. When I have a license for Confluence, it give the licensed user the ability to create and edit confluence documents, correct? What other benefits do a license provide? I think people were just adding licenses because they thought they needed to in order for the person to have access to the documents.
@Daniel Monighetti welcome to Confluence. A license is required for ANY user that needs to view documents that are not in a Public space. Public spaces allow anonymous access to ANYONE. Be careful who you remove or add to your instance.
