Hi!

We want to set separate Confluence installation for knowledge base with our Jira Service desk. So we purchased additional license for 10 users and set authentication via Jira Server.

But how many licenses are required for Confluence? Is it the same amount as in Jira or it could be lower?

Another question is regarding access permissions. As we don't have any groups set for customers in Jira, how can be allow access for all authenticated users in Confluence?

Thank you

@yaro

Every personalized account registered once in Confluence requires a license.
In Confluence there is also an internal user directory.
In addition to users, various groups can also be created here. I think it is now possible to mix users from external directories with groups from the internal directory.
