We are currently running Confluence with license for 10 active users, because of recent changes in the team we have to disable old members and add some new team members. Last week we just found out that suddenly that everyone have only read-only access because there were 11 signed up users. I already did some checking through all the list of users and there are currently only 10 active accounts registered. I also read on the documentation that disabled users should not be taken into account in the license users limit. Therefore I would like to ask if you anyone can help me regarding this issue?
Thanks in advance!
Hello @[deleted]
Are the disabled users part of the group which counts towards the license, I am not sure but can you try to remove the disbaled users from the groups that count towards confluence license. Groups like confluence-users etc , you can remove the users by visiting their profile if you have admin rights
Thanks for your answer. I've been cleaning up this group but it seemed that it does not help the issue. I aso already checked directly in the database and it returned only 10 active users.
