Our plugin, Mediamark, got some fresh downloads but they are not showing up in the License Report a week after. According to Atlassian website it was supposed to be updated within 24 hours. Is this a bug?
The answer I got on the Google group is that # of downloads does not equal to # of activated licenses. I assumed that if someone downloads a plugin it's to evaluate it, but I guess some people just got planty of time on their hands :).

Sorry, this is not very clear to me. Do you mean that you cannot see latest licenses that you acquired in https://my.atlassian.com using your account?

No, that's not what I meant. We are the plugin vendor and get a license report that shows all the licenses for the plugin that were acquired by others.
In fact, perhaps this is not the right place for this question. I later posted it also on the developer Google group (no answer so far though).
