Licences tiers/ analytics

Is it possible to give different licence tiers to different users?

E.g. it is only one person who needs to be able to access analytics but we need more users to be able to view the chapters and spaces.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community. 

The license tiers ( Standard , Premium , Enterprise ) is applied on a per Account basis. So if you have a Premium edition , all users would be able to access premium features ( such as Analytics for Confluence )
