Lack Edit Access in Confluence

Lack Edit access to confluence page despite granting the access and getting error message "Someone needs additional access - They need access elsewhere first before they can have indicated access to <space name>.

In order to give someone permission to edit a Confluence page, you must also grant them edit permissions at the space level.
If a person only has view permissions for the space, they still won’t be able to edit pages, regardless of any permissions you set on the page itself.

Thanks Evgenii. I've ensured the confluence space is open to all with Edit access but still no luck

1. Does the person have a licensed or guest account in your Confluence instance?
2. Is the person assigned to the space as a user or in a group with access? (Space settings > Space access > Users or Groups)
3. In addition to All > View permissions, does the person have Add permissions for Pages, live docs, whiteboards, databases, and Smart Links? This is required to be able to edit. If they are in both a group for the space and as a user on the space, the permissions assigned to the individual user override the permissions of the group.
   
4. Is the page restricted for editing (click the Share button for the page)? For example, in the screenshot below, you can see that anyone with All > View in the space can view this specific page, but only I can edit it:
