LDAP Authentication Problems

Hello,

since one-two months we have problems with ldap-authentication. Sometimes we need 3 - 5 authentication attemts for successful login. We try to use an other ldap-server without success.
We dis an update from 6.9.0 to 6.11.1 without success.

How can we fix this problem?

There're steps to resolve the problem. I think they may help in your situation as well.

Hi,

problem is solved. But it was not the same problem like in the article above. We got an new domain-controller to our structure. In the firwall i'v seen that there are connections (LDAP) blocked, i did open the connections an the problem was solved. I dont know why confluence know this server and want connect to them over LDAP becase an other DC is declarated in our configuration, but after this firewall-rule all works fine...
