Hello,
We have documents / precedures from several levels of support (L1 / L2 / L3), we (L1) must have a page with a summary grouping together the documents (with link to other confluence spaces doc) that are used by our level, what is the best practice for this ?
ideally we would like some kind of tabs, with subjects (linux, windows, server, etc.)
Thanks for your help :)
Armand
Maybe you could add the "L1" label to all the pages and use the Content by Label macro on your summary page.
Thanks for your help.
With that i can identify needed procedures, but how can i sort by subject all the documentation ?
Thx
Armand
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Perhaps you could also use labels for each subject. Since pages can have multiple labels, you could have a page with the example labels: "L1", "login", and "user profile".
You then have multiple Content by Label macros on a page the filter for different labels, or, you can use filters in Confluence search to filter by label.
