Hi guys,
I'm creating a Knowledge base and I want to create an alert system for it. This space will contain department process related informations for agents.
Let's say that one of my (Telecom operator) antenna is broken and I want to inform the agents to be prepared for the customers to call. I want to create an alert on the space and once it's created to send a notification to all of the agents.
I could use Jira tickets for this obviously but I'm curious if there's a much friendly way to do it. There are 35 agents in the team and it'll be a hard work to put all of them manually in "Watchers" on a Jira ticket.
P.S. An issue is ecountered every 2/3 days.

I agree with @JimmyVanAU suggestions.
Additionally, you can also add all the users (agents) on the space. This will ensure that a notification email is sent out to all the added users whenever any update/ change is made on the space.
