We have a few users who are running into a bug with the latest versions of Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud apps for iOS. They're also on the latest version of iOS.
When they are prompted to sign in, they'll enter their email, and are redirected to the Microsoft iDP to key in their password. However, the on screen keyboard does not pop up for them to enter their passwords.
Rebooting their devices does not fix the issue. The only workaround that works is to uninstall and reinstall the apps.
Thank you for taking a look, @Dan Breyen.
This device is currently on iOS 18.5, along with two other devices running the same version of iOS and latest versions of Confluence Cloud and Jira Cloud for iOS.
I neglected to add that after the uninstall/reinstall, the keyboard pops up as expected when entering the password. But the login expires after a week or so, and attempts to re-authenticate again results in the abnormal keyboard behavior until we do the uninstall/reinstall again.
As you can see, we don't get the keyboard symbol on the bottom left.
Hi @Hiep Vo welcome to the community. I was testing with my phone and am not able to recreate your issue. I'm also not using the Microsoft iDP. I'm able to login without any issues from my phone. There probably will need to be more troubleshooting going on, so I've requested Atlassian Support's assistance with this one. I don't know if you are able to provide some screenshots of what's going on. I don't get the keyboard right away, but I have the keyboard icon in the lower left of my phone that I can click to get to the keyboard.
Can you provide the iOS version number you're using? Do you know if there are any patterns, regarding model of phone that is being used? That may be useful.
