×Hello, during my vacation, my Jira project has been disactivated. I don't know why. It's a free accont with less of 10 users. So I don't undersand why. Did someone knows how to get back my board or just get back datas?
Thank you for your help
It is still possible to cancel a Jira free account with fewer than ten users. This is frequently the result of inactivity, past user limit exceeding, or an account being temporarily upgraded to a paid plan before remaining unpaid. Until anything is done, Atlassian may suspend or ban access in such cases. Although there is little chance of data loss at initially, boards or projects may be inaccessible until the problem is fixed.
Hope this helps you.
Thank you for the answer. But it is possible to get back our project without changing for a paid account?

Welcome to the community.
If not used for 120 days, the instance will be removed, and data is not retrievable.
"Inactive Free products will be deactivated
Atlassian reserves the right to deactivate Free Jira Cloud sites due to inactivity.
Activity includes things like opening a dashboard, checking a report, viewing a work item, or going to the admin settings. For example, if you open a project board to check on tasks, that counts as activity.
If you’re a site admin, we’ll send you emails to let you know if your site has been inactive and is at risk of being deactivated. You’ll need to log in and do something to prevent deactivation."
