Jira database sync issue happening frequently

We are frequently encountering the “You're almost there” message stating that the database is taking longer than usual to sync. This issue happens quite often and is affecting our daily work and productivity.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there a permanent fix or recommended solution to avoid this?

Any help would be appreciated.

When thats occur more Often, if i will be in your Place, i would reach out to Support.

I’ve already contacted Support three times about this issue and this is now the fourth occurrence. It happens frequently, almost every month and continues to affect our work
