Hi everyone.
Today when I log in I get a message that Our Atlassian Cloud products are suspended.
Both products (Jira and Confluence) were suspended at the same time.
I can't imagine any reason why this could happen:
Also in the subscription management section I see a message about cancellation, although I did not send such a request for deactivation
I created ticket CA-3686245. But since all our work is on hold because we don't have access to Jira and Confluence, I'm asking for help on the forum.
This is a community forum where users (like yourself) help other users. We can not access your site in any way.
If you have placed a ticket with Atlassian I am sure they will get back to you shortly.
