We are receiving the following error every time we are trying to fetch some results from Jira in the confluence. We would like to get solution to this problem as soon as possible.

This problem has started to occur since we have migrated our confluence data from our previous site to our current site. Pls help us solve this problem.

Hi @Pulkit Jindal

This means the Jira server you have set up in the application link is not responding to the query. Go to admin -> application links and check the link is correct. If it is, then check that Jira is currently running on that url, and then that your Confluence has a route across your network over to the Jira

Application link in both Confluence and Jira are correct URL and are working.

I am not able to understand your statement -'and then that your Confluence has a route across your network over to the Jira'.

Sorry but Problem not yet solved.
