The Jira filters we added to our Confluence pages frequently do not load. The refresh spins until it times out. This happens about 30% of the time.
We are using Jira Cloud. Any idea how to fix this when it happens?

My recommendation is to separate the information into different pages to decrease the load. I.e. don't pull 1000 jql issues into a page.

Our filters are pulling 20-30 records, and we have no more than 3 filters per page. The problem is intermittent. Since we're on Jira Cloud, maybe it's happening during high usage periods. I hope Atlassian is aware and monitoring so they address the issue.
