JavaScripts Error - Confluence Behind IIS Proxy

Hi, 

I have set up Confluence behind an IIS proxy and in somehow there is a JavaScript error on one of the file. We installed the Adds-on RefinedWiki, it's been working on our dev server (no prox), as soon as we install it on the server with proxy, it would fail. The refinedwiki support team thinks that is related to the proxy and probably to the server file size limit. 

Do you know where I can check the file size limit set for apache and iis? 

Is there any way to disable the batch resource bundling?

It turned out to be our WAF, it minifies the javascripts, and in somehow it should not be minifying it.
