Does the search from the JSD Help Desk / Customer Portal use article labels from Confluence to identify relevant articles or not? I've set up labels for some articles, the search only seems to display results that contain the searched word in the article title...
1) Search for "licen" only turns up "Under which license can I publish my work?"
2) But label "licences" has been added to "Can I Upload My Article To..."
Hm... looks like it does work, but one has to type in the complete label "license," and the first several letter are not enough to render a result...
