Hi

I am using confluence cloud version and trying to add several columns to JIRA issue/filter macro but it responses blank for most columns except default columns

  • Key
  • Assignee
  • Type
  • Priority
  • Created date
  • Due date

The rest is blank:

  • Epic name
  • Epic link
  • Progress
  • Label
  • ..etc

Could anyone point me what need to be done to display those columns?

Hello @Thien Pham,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The issue that you are facing where Epic name, Link, and Progress are blank on the macro is related to known bugs. You can find more information on the links below:

Please, click on "This affects my team" and also watch to receive updates.

If you are filtering issues from a next-gen project, it might be expected that this information is not visible because Epic name, color, link, and status is not populated in this type of project:

Regarding the Label field, I tested here and it's correctly populated. Are you using the system field or a custom label field?

Regards,
Angélica
