JIRA Service Management On Premise to Confluence Cloud Integration

We have an on premise Jira Service Management Portal and would like to use the "Confluence Cloud Integration" option that is already in the JIRA admin page. Has anyone done this before?

I've already checked with our network team and there is no traffic being blocked from our on premise server to the Confluence cloud instance.

When we try to set this up, we get this error message:

"We received an unexpected HTTP response code from Confluence. Contact your Jira admin, or try again later."

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
