JIRA Server directory as Atlassian Crowd type is not well synchronize

Hi,

I don't know why when an user is created on JIRA. There is an huge latence with confluence to have the same user in confluence (like one day).

There is someone get a similar issue with the directory type Atlassian Crowd?

After more analysis on our side, we saw user is only created after a confluence restart.

Is it possible to perform a full synchronization like the one done during the restart?
