×I'm not an expert in Confluence, but I've created a database that should only include pages under a specific space (PSCEP). However, when I apply the filter, I only see 76 pages instead of the expected 105. This issue seems to be excluding one folder that contains other pages within the same space. Do you know why this might be happening?
If I take out the filter, I do not get the 105... There are more items in my database table that I do not need, like "trash" pages.
How shall I do the filter?
Hi Melina,
I had the same issue you were having and found that searching for a link to the space rather than the space name gave reliable results. When I searched for "Infrastructure" 10 pages were returned, but when I searched for https://[my domain].atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/Infrastructure then I got all 700+ pages I expected.

The filter is helping to filter base on values in a specific column. In this case Space column. Perhaps you can filtering on another column to achieve your results. Like does the space have specific service offer?
For the trash pages that would be a different challenge. Unless, there is a specific value in your DB to indicate which are trash pages, the filter will not work. If there is an indicator, you can can add another filter to not include pages that have trash marked.

Yes the filter is to select the pages already created in my space to be display in my database. I was thinking on using the space name which should be different than the trash pages.
