Hi,
I am using firefox 136.0 (64-bit) and trying to access a private Confluence webpage. I noticed that for this specific Confluence page Firefox doesn't display the entire page, instead a big portion of it is not displayed, so I can only see half of the page.
If I go to edit mode in Confluence I can see the entire page, but sadly not in standard read mode.
This is, in edit mode I have a COnfluence Section, inside it I have some text - titles, paragraphs, images and macros. But once I leave edit mode I can see that the page isn't full loading as I can only see some part of the section in read mode (not all).
I am getting this warnings in the console:
Use of window._ through AUI is deprecated and will be removed in AUI 10.0.0

I tested it in some conditions in brave and in edge and the full page is displayed.
Any as any idea why is this happening? Or what might be causing this?
I have no extensions loaded and I have disabled enhanced tracking protection.
PS: I believe this is an issue as something to do with macros.
The issue it's also reported here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-88208
Hi @H N and welcome to the Community,
I'd try different browser + incognito modes.
Very often, issues like this are caused by extensions.
Having said that... Atlassian has been rolling out UI changes and this is know to interfere with some third party apps visuals. Combined with possible browser extension issues...
On the following screenshot, the new UI is on the right hand side.
In brave the page is displayed nicely as it should.
This is shame because I really enjoy firefox.

I also like Brave very much but it doesn't have workspaces like vivaldi, edge, opera or floorp.
Even Firefox has panorama tabs which is great.
If anyone knows any extension to brave/chromium to have workspaces or something to manage tabs like panorama tab groups, please let me know.
I've tried a lot of extensions but none comes close to the ones I mention.
I don't understand why brave hasn't implemented workspaces natively but that is another story.

Hey @H N ,
I switched from Firefox to Brave a year or so ago so I cannot say I've seen this behavior.
Firstly, are you using Confluence on-prem (DC) or Confluence Cloud? Checking as you've linked server/DC ticket in your question.
If looking at the cloud, there are a couple of open bugs related to Firefox but cannot say if any is related to your issue.
Btw, is this happening only on Firefox and not on other browsers? Also, have you tried using Firefox in incognito mode to check if you get same results?
If you're on a paid plan, I'd maybe suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support as they may know if some modules or components within the browser are potentially causing issues. 👀
Cheers,
Tobi

HI, Its onPrem.
I have no extensions activated and the some happens in incognito mode.
All gecko based browsers have this behavior. In All chromium browsers I tried the page is displayed correctly, as it should.
