The "site mapping" error most often means the Rovo Slack app isn't properly linked to your Atlassian site, so an admin will likely need to re-run the onboarding to fix connection.
The other errors (rate limiting, open circuit breaker) are backend failures, not Confluence permissions issues (Probably) .Verify the bot's access and test Rovo via DM. If re-onboarding fails, open an Atlassian Support ticket with these backend errors and timestamps.
