Issues with Confluence in Firefox since the Rovo and layout updates

There are numerous issues that started after the recent Rovo and layout updates in Confluence. It has become unusable.

• The collapse/show sidebar often does not display anything when expanded
• When on a page, the row with Edit button disappears after a few seconds
• When on a page and it is being edited, the row with the Update button disappears after a few seconds after navigating to edit mode
• When searching in Confluence, the search bar resets/clears what is being searched for and you end up having to do it again. It is significantly slower as there is now the overhead of Rovo trying to summarize stuff

I also disabled ublock in Firefox for Confluence domain and that did not help much. I have been forced to switch browsers for certain tasks and that is inconvenient.

Hey @Kishore Murthy ,

As an ex-Firefox user, I feel the pain :/

I've switched to Brave, but that's mostly because of YouTube 😅, so I'm not sure how well supported Firefox is when it comes to Atlassian apps.

I'd recommend reaching out to Atlassian Support and explaining those issues to their team so they can potentially escalate this internally 👀 (note that you'll have to be a product/app admin to raise a request)

I've managed to find this reported bug that is somewhat related to what you've described: CONFCLOUD-77915: Missing buttons and horizontal scroll bar not showing sidebar is expanded
