Has anyone had any issues publishing or releasing very large documents that have Comala Workflow applied to them.
We have a few Software Verification Documents that are very big that we are unable to Publish or Release fully approved Docs.
Hi @Brian Olesen and welcome to the Community.
I used Comala Document Approval, which is the rudimentary version of the full fledged Comala workflow apps. Upon approval, the content was synced from one space to another using Comala Publishing.
I had one extra large document (here's it's public version, published via Scroll Sites, in Confluence, it's one single page) that was so big Confluence would time out when I tried to edit or save it. Editing felt like developing photos from an actual analogue film. But was it was saved, the Comala apps handled it without issues.
From personal experience, there were glitches (not related to the size of a page) due to synchronization of events at the Confluence's backend.
I suggest that you contact Appfire's support and, upon their request, provide them with data from the app. https://appfire.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/11/user/login?destination=portal%2F11
