Tickets not passing automatically to new sprint when previous sprint closed

hey , i have no error.
it close the sprint but not passing the active tasks to new sprint automatically.
previously when i used to close sprint and click "start sprint" all the active tasks automatically moves to the new sprint

Strange, while closing the sprint it will show you the total resolved and unresolved issues and asks you what do you want to do with it. Either move them in to the Future sprint and there you can select or create.

true. this is the flow previous. it gave me this pop up what you mentioned and i clicked all as used to do previously , but it didn't move automatically

I found the issue , it's mistake from my side when i created the sprint .
i put wrong date format16// instead of 16/

Hi @Heba Nasser Could you please check the following?
1. Check your board configuration to ensure that the rightmost column has the status mapped (most probably 'Done')
2. Are there any parent work items in the sprint that you are trying to close? What is the relationship between the tickets that aren't moving to next sprint and other work items in current sprint?

how do i check the configuration?
actually i think this happened since the jira updated to the new interface in our organization.
