I'm trying to create a form that allows the user to check the items he or she completed in a training, and then type in their manager's email to have the list of items completed to the manager. In preview it looks great, but when I publish the confluence page nothing shows up where the macro should be. Any ideas on how to fix this?
It is structure as:
Forms - Additional Recipients (Called Your Name"
Forms - Checkbox Button Group (Called "TP" and allows user to check items completed"
Forms - Mail Body Formatter
New mail from #Your Name
They left the following message:
