We have a specific issue with some users in our blog posts.
We use blogs for posting company updates. Users can like and comment.
As of today, 4 users have come to say they can like other blog posts, but not a specific one. This is not 1 specific blog post, which post they can and can't like is different for each user, looks random.
One user could like yesterday, and cannot this morning on a blog post, and no permissions have been reconfigured.
All users are part of space permission groups, and the permissions for blog posts and comments are enabled.
Blog posts themselves don't have any restrictions and are all created in the same way
We can't figure out what's happening
Does anyone have any info on what this might be?
Hi @Gary O ,
Have you managed to figure this out? Potentially, it could have been some outage (you can track app status here), but in the end, it could depend on where blog posts are located (although, from the text, I guess these are all in the same space) 🤔
Basically, the question is - are things working now?
Cheers,
Tobi
Thanks for getting back
We haven't got to the bottom of it yet unfortunately. It's difficult to reproduce as it's random. Two users in particular are asking for advice. They say it's not a big issue, but nevertheless, it should be resolvable. Could it be something to do with indexing by any chance? We haven't rebuild the index in a good while.
Correct, all posts are in the same space, it's a company blog post space essentially. These users can like a comment and reply in all except 1, and that 1 is different for both of them.
Everything else is working fine, but we're still stuck on this one
Cheers,
Gary
