Issue with anchors

I'm trying to place a link to an anchor paced in another Page in same space and it won't work :

I've tried exactly like described in this page : https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/insert-links-and-anchors-724764900.html

the page containing the anchor is called Graphique - Sélectionnez Graphique

the anchor in this page is called calcul

this is what I did :

1 - Select some text or position your cursor where you want to insert the link

2 - Choose Link in the toolbar

3 - Choose Advanced and enter Graphique - Sélectionnez Graphique#calcul in the Link field

4 - save

The link generated looks like this : https://mycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WI/pages/31883306#Graphique-SélectionnezGraphique-calcul

When I copy it, it looks like this : https://mycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WI/pages/31883306#Graphique-S%C3%A9lectionnezGraphique-calcul

When I click on the link, I'm redirected to https://mycompany.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/WI/pages/31883306/Graphique+-+S+lectionnez+Graphique#Graphique-S%C3%A9lectionnezGraphique-calcul

My issue is that I'm never going to the anchor, I stay at the top of the page.

What can I do to solve this?

Hi @Coralie L. 

I've also tried the anchor and had no problem going to it. However, I had to wait till the page was fully loaded. Gong to that anchor was the last thing it did. The way I did it was:

• I created an anchor point called anchor in "page"
• Went to my other page and created a link. I chose the "page" and then added the #anchor at the end. So my link would look like https://######.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/OS/pages/338657293/Page#anchor
• Publish the page
• Click on the link and everything worked out.

But as I told you, I had to wait a bit before actually going to that anchor point.
