Hi

I had a page with a giffy digram. I copied the page and edited the giffy diagram. Now I noticed that my original page giffy digram has also changed as per the new edited diagram on the new page.

I tried to revert to previous version of original page but giffy digram is not changing. I tried to go for previous versions of giffy but it doesnt show any thing. However it show that that current version is version 12.

Is there a way to recover my original digram?

Thanks for your reply. I was able to see the previous versions of Giffy and restore. i promise there were not visible when I posted the issue. Not sure how it worked. So I am able to restore the previous version of Giffy. Thanks

Hi @Rahul Maheshwari ,

welcome to the Atlassian community!

When you copy a page, link to gliffy file is the same so if you change something on the second page that change will be reported also on original page.

Btw, a gliffy file have it own history. Please check this how-to https://help.gliffy.com/confluence/Content/GliffyCommon/Viewing-revision-history.htm

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hi Rahul!

That definitely sounds like an issue; I think that the diagram version should match when you revert to a previous version of the original page.

Would you mind emailing our support team at support@gliffy.com so that they can let you know what steps to take? :)

Samie
