Hi Folks,
I've been working on evaluation of onelogin for a potential SSO solution. I tried the SSO integration with Atlassian cloud using their "How-to document" however each time when testing the SSO from a user account, I get an error message " Hmm... we're having trouble logging you in. You'll need to talk to your organization admin ". This is really annoying since I followed the exact same steps as indicated in the document. Here are the steps I followed:
On Atlassian Cloud Enabled "Atlassian Access" trial feature.
Verified my domain on Atlassian before enabling SSO and claimed users for the domain.
Created user accounts on both Onelogin and Atlassian cloud with same credentials.
On Onelogin, added the "Atlassian Cloud App". Added the SAML ID & Atlassian site URL on configuration settings.
On Atlassian Cloud SSO options, added Identity provider ID, SSO URL & certificate (taken from Onelogin SSO options)
Assigned the app to users on onelogin.
Not sure where I am going wrong. Even after several attempts I am stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
