Hi guys,
I would like to know if it's possible to do something like this: I already have a large amount of databases and documentation in Confluence. What I want to know is if it's possible, for example, to use the same documentation for other companies with their own logos and branding without them seeing each other, something isolated.
I had thought about the possibility of something related, for example, duplicating a space, making it isolated from the others, changing the logo and branding, and then providing it to the company. (Basically a white-label structure).
In this case, the URL should also be different.
Would it be possible to do something like this?
In case you want to use the same Confluence instance for all the companies, the easiest way is to duplicate the content of a space manually by using the copy page feature (because duplicating an entire space is not possible). You can configure the space permissions to isolate the spaces from each other.
If you want to use separate Confluence instances to have complete isolation, you could use the import/export feature in Confluence.
Hope this helps.
Right, would it be possible to do something like, for example, I already have a Confluence instance with brand A, would it be possible to create other instances, for example, brand B, C, D, E... with the same content but changing the branding and so on? The only issue in this model is that it wouldn't be centralized in terms of managing them (which would be more interesting if it were possible to copy an entire space)

@Rafael PagliariBasically, you can create as many instances of Confluence as you like, and you can copy spaces between them. But, as you already said, it is not possible to centrally manage content with this approach.
If you need centralized management, I think you should work with a single Confluence instance and permissions. With this approach, you will have some limitations regarding branding, but you can try using themes as described here.
