Is thre a way to disable all confluence notifications except "Forgot my Password?"

Hi,

I want my confluence users to be able to use the "forgot my password" functionality, but I don't want them to get any other email notifcations from networking, watches, etc.

Is there a way to do that? I am currently on Confluence 3.3.

Go through all the system plugins and disable the relevent mail notification ones :)
