Please help to find change the reference used in Confluence page to a new location ( as an example http://engwiki/display/CMSTEAM/EPG+Inheritance+Refactoring)

Which contains below link , as I need to replace the link( http://sharepoint.hq.k.grp/sites/prodsols/she/cms) with http://sharepoint.hq.k.grp/sites/ORG01/she/cms

Is there any easy method to change the links / hyperlinks used in a confluence page.
