Is there any way to bookmark the first result of a CQL query?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I want to create a stable bookmark that always redirects to my team's current iteration page. Out iteration pages are templated, and we have an index page that includes a Page Properties Report, listing each iteration page, like this:
I'd like my bookmark to always resolve to the top item in that report. Is this possible, either with stock Confluence, or with an add-on?
