Is there an honest alternative to Hidden Fragment Macro Plugin?

Hello,
We tried to install Hidden Fragment Macro add-on:

However, this add-on is not supported properly on our current running version.
We are looking for an add-on with similar features\functionality like the Hidden Fragment Macro add-on.
Your recommendation is highly appreciated.

I can't find any alternatives for old versions of Confluence (I'm guessing you are on something below 6.4 if the Hidden Fragment is not available to you)
