Is there an existing gadget for having a drop down of the requirements from Jira in a Confluence pag

All of our requirements are in Jira. For our test documentation in Confluence, we want to be able to link to the requirements by quickly selecting one or more requirements from a drop down. Is there an existing gadget that does this, would I have to write my own, or is it unfeasible?
