Welcome to the community.

If you are aware that the site is already removed by Atlassian, there is no option to retrieve data from that site.

You can raise a request via the option provided by @Florian Bonniec

Agree @Florian Bonniec here. Unlikely to be recovered once its been purged. Just tag this post as confluence cloud as your hosting type since this is likely what it is. May get more traction.

You can raise a request to Atlassian support under "Billing, payments, and pricing" to see if they can enable it back. If it has been deleted, there is no way.
