Is there a way to reactivate a deactivated website?

I received an email about six months ago saying, "Your subscription is being deactivated due to inactivity." Since I didn’t access the service after that, it seems my account is no longer available. I’d like to check the data I had previously stored—could you please let me know if there’s any way to recover or access it?

Hi @溝口慶太,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Once your site is deactivated it is stored for another 60 days before being permanently deleted. Yo can find more information about the data retention policy for the free plan here,https://support.atlassian.com/security-and-access-policies/docs/track-storage-and-move-data-across-products/#Data-retention-period.

@Mikael Sandberg

FYI I just completed a test of leaving a Confluence Free subscription inactive and then had a dialog with Atlassian Support about restoring it.

According to them for a Free subscription deactivated due to inactivity, the data is permanently deleted 14 days after deactivation. They said the 60 day retention policy applies only when the subscriber requests the cancellation of the subscription.
